Every day, our editors read newly published studies from leading journals and preprint servers, then explain what was actually found, how the study was done, and why it matters — in plain language.

How we work

• Source-first. Every article links back to the original paper, its journal and DOI.
• Method-aware. We flag whether findings are peer-reviewed, preprints, meta-analyses or clinical trials.
• No hype. We report effect sizes and limitations, not just headlines.
• Independent. Editorial decisions are never influenced by funders or institutions.
